Create Backups Of The Newly-Created MySQL Items

After creating a backup task in Auto Backup for MySQL Professional Edition, if any MySQL items (databases, tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, functions, events, etc.) are created, you do not need to manually add the newly-created items to the backup task. The software will automatically create backups of these newly-created MySQL items.
Back Up Newly-Created MySQL Items

  • Back up all newly-created tables and views of the selected databases

  • If you select the option (recommended), the software will back up all of the newly-created tables and views in the selected databases.
    For example, you selected the databases "swordsky", saved the task, then create a table "mysql-backup" in the database "swordsky", you do not need to edit the task to manually add the new table, the table "mysql-backup" will be backed up automatically.

  • Back up all newly-created databases on the source MySQL server

  • If you select the option (recommended), the software will back up all of the newly-created databases on the source server.
    For example, you did not select any databases, saved the task, then create a database "swordsky" on the source server, you do not need to edit the task to manually add the new database, the database "swordsky" will be backed up automatically.

  • Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Events

  • If you select these options (recommended), the software will back up all of stored procedures, functions, events in the selected databases or newly-created databases, and the triggers of the selected tables or newly-created tables.
    For example, you selected the database "swordsky" and the table "country", saved the task. then create a database "professional" and a table "mysql-backup", all of stored procedures, functions, events in the database "swordsky" and "professional" will be backed up, all of triggers of the table "country" and "mysql-backup" will be backed up.
