We're sorry, but we cannot give a refund for the
following reasons:
You have chosen the wrong product during the purchase
process.
You have bought the wrong version for your operating
system.
Your computer doesn't meet minimum system requirements.
You have changed your mind after you purchased the product.
We approve of the refund only if both of the following
conditions are met:
If you can't work properly with our product because
it has major bugs.
If we can't fix these bugs within one week.
This money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days from
the purchase date. After this time we will endeavor
to help you in any way we can, but no refund can be
given.
To request a refund for your purchase, please, send
us an email. In your message, you should describe the
problem and explain why you want to return the product,
include your name, e-mail address and the reference
code of your purchase. You will find the reference code
in the purchase confirmation E-mail. In case of refund
we expect you to delete the registration key/key file,
uninstall the software and not have them copied or saved
in any other way. Once your refund request has been
reviewed, we will send our consent to process the refund
to ShareIt/Plimus. Your refund will be credited to the
credit card charged during your original transaction.

NOTE: Charge backs to credit cards or stop payments
